BALTICCUT is the CNC woodworking and custom manufacturing workshop of OÜ JOLANTEX in Jüri, Estonia.
JOLANTEX has been involved in broader technical and engineering work for approximately 20 years. BALTICCUT is a newer part of the business, dedicated to CNC woodworking and custom parts.
The workshop is led by an engineer with higher technical education and practical experience in mechanical engineering. This background shapes how we assess drawings and approach manufacturing tasks.
We work at our own production facility in Jüri, on our own CNC equipment, so we can review each job and plan its machining directly in the workshop.
We work with plywood, chipboard, wood, MDF, and suitable plastics and composites, turning drawings and individual requirements into machined components after reviewing material and machining suitability.
Whether the request is for furniture parts, decorative elements, shaped panels or a one-off component, we start by understanding the task. We then assess the technical requirements and the practical options for manufacture.
Working drawings can also be created or refined through a separately agreed CAD preparation service.
